FDN-AH retarding naphthalene superplasticizer is composite by β -naphthalene sulfonate  formaldehyde condensate and Amino-Arylsulphonate phenol Formaldehyde Condensate and other modified component. This admixture has high water reducing, good slump retention. And suitable to produce min C60 high strength pumping and self compacting concrete..

一、technical characteristics

1、water reducing can reach to min 25%,the concrete with this admixture has good slump retention and superplasticizer

Examined by the standard of GB8076-2008，main technical data like water reduction and compressive strength is better than standard.

2、The concrete with this admixture can obviously increase its impermeability and anti-freezing.

3、Less alkali content, total alkali content(conversion into N2SO4) less than 1kg per m3 concrete(cementing material as 400kg).

4、No corrosion for steel bar.

三、using method and dosage

1、normally,this admixture can be stirred together with cement、cementing material、water、sands and stone;in order to less the slump retention,this admixture can be added 60 seconds before discharge after cement、cementing material、water、sands and stone stirring for a certain time.if high temperature in summer, can increase the dosage.

2.Powder should be prevent moisture;liquid should be used after stirring if there is sediment.

四、packing

1、powder can be packed by plastic liner woven bags with net weight 40 kg,or according customers demand.powder should be stored in dry. If caking by moisture, only can be used after smashed.

Liquid will be loaded into 1200 or 1000 kg barrel or 20 mt flexibag.
