WH-FDN-AB High Efficient Pumping Admixture

FDN-AB high efficient pumping admixture is a kind of high efficient water reducing agent, strength agent and special super plasticizer remixed product, it has the function of high water reduceing ﹑less air entering and less slump retention.

▲Use area :

It is widely used in high temperature for c60 pumping concrete .

▲Technical performance

1﹑This product is high water reducing and high super plasticizer .the slump retention is around 10% -15% within 2 hours.

2﹑the main technical result such as compressive strength is better than standard of GB8076-2008

3﹑the concrete which adding this admixture can improve its impermeability and frost resistance.

4﹑the concrete with this admixture can retard the setting time and decrease early hydration heat, can make big size of concrete

5﹑This admixture is suitable for portland cement,slag cement and etc.

6﹑As this admixture has low alkali(cementing material as 400g),so by adding this admixture can only increase alkali less than 1kg.

7﹑No corrosion for steel

▲Method of use

The dosage of Liquid is 1.3% -2.5% of the cementralized material .powder is 0.8% -1.5%.

Remix with water and other material .if add in last step is better

▲Packing and Storage conditions

This product has liquid and powder .for powder to avoid moisture, if block, please make it to powder then use

The powdery product is packed in the waterproofing woven bag with plastic liner and the net weight is25Kg or 40KG per bag or 650MT per big bag .It doesn’t degenerate within its shelf life. The powdery product should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse. Pay attention not to stave the bag and keep waterproofing during the storage and transportation. If it is affected with damp and agglomeration, it can be dissolved into liquid state or crushed into powder before using it and there is no influence on the performances.

2．The liquid product is sealed in plastic drums or metal drums to prevent accidental leakage and evaporation. And the net weight is 200Kg or 1000KG per drum. Also can be loaded into flexibag with net weight 20MT.
