FDN—AD anti-freezen admixture has powder and liquid ,it is mix by high efficient water reducing agent and anti-freezen agent and early-strength agent ,has good function of high water reducing  ,water-proven and  anti-crack.this product has no chloride ,no corrosion for steel.this admixture is suitable for every kinds of steel bar concrete and also good adaptability for portland cement,common portland cement and slag cement.

▲Technical performance

1、Less alkali content, alkali content can increase less than 1kg because of adding this admixture per CBM( one base of 400g for cementing material)

2、The standard temperature for this admixture is -10℃ ,the technical performance can meet with the requirement of the   JC475-2004 standard  for first class product.

3、No corrosion for steel.

▲Method of use

 1、The standard temperature for this admixture is -10℃. minimum temperature is -15 ℃ . If the temperature below -15℃ .should contact with supplier first.

  2、this product can be mixed with cement sand and stone together,in order to reduce the slump retention,it can be added 15～30s before discharge after cement,water,sand and stone mixed first.

 3、Powder should be sealed store.preventing moisture.if lumped,must be crushed first,then use. It also should extend the stirring time; for liquid, if there is sediment after longer time,before use, should be stirring completely .

4﹑Use it in winter ,concrete should be above 10℃ , cannot be lower than 5℃ ,if add hot water (hot than 65℃ ),should first added in stone and then cementing material, last add this admixture.

5、When concrete’s temperature below -10℃ .the strength for form removing should 3.5 MPa mix .

6、should be prevent from moisture whiling storage.

this admixture is well used in the C60 and C60.site mixed concrete and pumping concrete . Used widely in high way and bridge and high building .

▲Recommended range of dosage

Dosage will be 2%-5% of cement or cementing material.

▲Packing

1．The powdery product is packed in the waterproofing woven bag with plastic liner and the net weight is25Kg or 40KG per bag or 650MT per big bag .It doesn’t degenerate within its shelf life. The powdery product should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse. Pay attention not to stave the bag and keep waterproofing during the storage and transportation. If it is affected with damp and agglomeration, it can be dissolved into liquid state or crushed into powder before using it and there is no influence on the performances.

2．The liquid product is sealed in plastic drums or metal drums to prevent accidental leakage and evaporation. And the net weight is 200Kg or 1000KG per drum. Also can be loaded into flexibag with net weight 20MT.
