一  Product Performance characteristics

1、this product is the high-molecular polymer by poly ether monomer.it is colorless or light yellowish liquid.No toxic,No corrosion,no harm for steel bar

2、this product will be used with WPC together,it mainly for all type of difficult concrete,especially has good slump retention for bad adaptability of the cement﹑ bad quality of sands and stone.can be also used for common concrete to reduce the its formulated cost,solve the problem which the retarding agency cannot do and improve its superplasticizer.

3、this agency can improve the function of other admixture, reduce the formulated cost, and has good adaptability for everywhere cement and fly ash . 

二   scope of application

1、suitable to produce formulated admixture with WPC for producing the precast and on-site concrete﹑ferroconcrete ﹑self-leveling concrete﹑big size concrete of the industrial and civil construction ﹑water conservancy﹑port﹑mayor project.

   2、suitable for the long-lasting﹑long-stable large reservoir﹑large bridge﹑high level building of nation key projections.

三   Recommended range of dosage

1、this product is liquid,can added 20-80 kg into per mt pumping agent,and also can be instead of same quantity WPC or some retarder.can be added more if the bad adaptability of the cement.

2.it can be also used instead of same quantity WPC.

3.make test before use to get best performance. 

四   Packing

Packed into plastic barrel with 200kg or 1000kg or loaded into 20mt flexibag.

Packaging is 200kg /1000kg  liquid or use non-metallic bulk transport.

五   Storage conditions and period of validity

   The storage container must be not made by metal.it is better by glass or  plastic.avoid sunshine and stored DO NOT stored with frost.

  The validity is 6 month.if overdue ,before use make test to be sure.

六   Method of use

   1﹑After accurate metering，well stirred with mater.if possible,added later can get better performance.

    2﹑if first time to use this product or cement or other material changed,must make test to firm the best dosage again.

七   matters needing attention

1、When mixed with other admixture, must be careful for their interaction.make test before use.cannot be mixed with naphthalene superpasticizer,must clear the storage if change admixture.

2、Its color can be easily changed if stored in metal container or metal contacted.

3、WPC is high performance water reducing agent, its dosage can wildly effect the concrete performance.customers should pay more attention to the accurate metering.

This product is light alkali liquid,No toxic,No corrosion,but do not eat, once splashed into skin,wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.
