一   Product function characteristic

1、this product is produced by high polymer material through chemical synthesis with the function of water retaining﹑water absorbing﹑thickening, and also can largely less the concrete bleeding﹑segregating.

2、This produce is transparent﹑thick liquid.

3、it can be mixed with any water reducing agent.It can increase anti-dispersion of the the high cohesive concrete for the underwater project.

4、this produce is good at water retaining and thickening, can obviously improve the workability of the concrete,solve the bleeding and segregating of the concrete, improve the pumping.

5、this product cannot effect the concrete compressive strength

6、can reduce the concrete the bleeding while producing the self-leveling concrete, increase its cohesive,improve concrete workability.

二   Using area

1、suitable to be mixed with any type of water reducing agent to produce precast concrete﹑ on site concrete﹑ferroconcrete and prestressed reinforced concrete for industry and civil building﹑water conservancy project﹑transportation﹑port and some public projects.

2、suitable to produce pumping concrete﹑high fluidity﹑self-leveling concrete and steamed concrete.

三   Recommended dosage

Normal dosage is 2.0-4.0% of water reducing admixture,best dosage is 3.0%,customer can firm the dosage by the concrete test according to the adaptability of the admixture and cement.our factory can supply the dosage technical data for customers reference.

四   packing

1、liquid will be packed into plastic barrel or iron drum with the net weight of 200 kg or 1000 kg.also can be loaded into flexibag.

2、water proof and moisture proof while transportation.the iron drum must be well sealed.

五   Storage terms and validity

    Must be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse. If over the validity, must be make test first, then decide if can be used or not.

This produce validity is for one year.

六   Using method

1、liquid can be used directly.put into mixer with water and mixing materials ,stirring.

2、在与其他类型外加剂混用前，应先进行适应性试验。

七   attention

1、for first time to use, or cement and other materials changed, has to be firm the dosage by concrete test.

2、while using liquid, the water inside should be less from the total quantity.

八   safety

1、this produce is light alkali solid,No toxic,No corrosive, but cannot be eaten.Once splashed into eyes or skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

2、whiling using this product, must be with masks gloves and other protective equipment.
