WH-SM-AC  ceramic water reducing agent

This admixture is composite by polymerization technique,put this admixture into ceramic material,it can be absorbed on the surface of the granule to decrease the viscosity of the ceramic through static or steric hindrance or both of them. Keep the dispersity of the particles and system stability to be the liquid. Can also increase the filling ability of slurry,can be easily to fill every part of the mold,preventing bad effect of the flow cracks.meanwhile the ceramic can get precise size and high strength.

一、function characteristic

Increase the fluidity and less water demand.

Increase blank ceramic strength, less the damage rate.

Has good dispersion for mineral slurry.

二、using method

1、used a liquid solution of 1-0.5%,like add this admixture 1-0.5kg into 1m3 water while stirring(40-100 circle/minute)(temperature 15-40℃) until solute completely.(normally within 30 minutes, according to different size container).if powder,added into ceramic soil directly, dosage is 0.1-0.5%.

2.、if liquid,can be added by 0.1%-0.8% of the ceramic materials.recommended dosage is 0.2-0.7%.

3、if solid,added it with water into ball mill or sand mill (dosage is 0.2-0.5% of the total slurry) PH value from 6-8 is the best.then added calculated ceramic slurry, starting grinning after stirring, it can increase the grinning speed of the slurry observably.

三、packing and transportation：

packing：25Kg、40kg plastic liner woven bags（powder），25kg/barrel（liquid）

store：cool and dry place, under normal temperature.

validity：within 2  years

三、safety

1、This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, but inedible. When it contacts with eyes or skin, the affected area shall be immediately rinsed with plenty of water for minutes. Consult physician if irritation persists.。

2、When using the powdery product, the user should wear face masks, gloves and other protective products.
