WH-WH-1 FOAMING AGENT

WH-1is the liquid of physical foaming agent，can produce the qualified foam by the foaming machine 。This product is combined by expanding foam﹑stabling foam and few modified component, with the high expansion﹑good foaming stability and less bleeding,it is mainly used to produce light insulation materials.No toxic,No polluting.

Method to use

Put this foaming agent and water together to make the solution,then produce the qualified foam by foaming machine,see the foam as SHOWN BELOW

Main technical characteristic

1.appearance ：colorless.

1. density：1.03±0.01g/cm3

2. Expanding rate of foam：≥20。

3. bleeding（1h）：≤50ml

Using area

The produced foam can be used to produce light cement based bubbly concrete﹑light bubbly gypsum board,light partition board﹑light magnesia product and etc.,it is not only widely used in producing anti-fire board,but also have the key-function for producing other product(like magnesia anti-fire door panel.meanwhile can also modify the magnesia cement, and reduce the probability of scumming.
